Each private Pilates session is personalized with your goals, strengths and needs in mind. This specialized attention will help you progress towards your goals in a safe yet challenging and enjoyable way. With a commitment to open communication, you are encouraged to learn about the benefits of Pilates by engaging, asking and understanding each aspect of training. We work to inspire and educate you about Pilates and how it can support your body, mind and spirit.

A great way to share a fun and healthy experience with friends and family. Individual assessments are required for each participant prior to joining a duet. Previous Pilates experience recommended but not required.

Virtual Private Pilates Sessions
(50 minutes)
Get the same personalized attention that we offer in our Private In Studio Sessions but from the comfort of your own home. A detailed assessment of your needs and goals is taken via zoom with the same care and attention to detail as if you were in the studio.
Sessions can be mat and small prop based or apparatus based if you have access to your own equipment. Experience is recommended but not required.

Group Reformer Classes
(50 minutes)
Learn Pilates and workout in a fun, supportive group environment! In class you will use the reformer, tower, mat and barrel to work through a mindful, classical pilates flow.
Classes are limited to 4 participants so personal attention is still available and beginners are welcome with instructor approval. This service is exclusive to the Katy studio.

Pilates Mat Trio Sessions

Pilates Mat Trios combines both mat Pilates with props (pilates circle, bands, ball and light hand weights). Sessions are limited to 3 participants so individualized attention can be given to each client. Contact studio for availability.
